Registration

1. Compliance with Regulations

• I agree to fully comply with all UCI, national, and local cycling regulations, as well as all event-specific rules established by the organizers.
• I understand that failure to follow the rules may result in penalties, disqualification, or removal from the event.

2. Responsibility for Safety

• I acknowledge that cycling races involve inherent risks, including but not limited to collisions, falls, adverse weather, and road hazards.
• I agree to ride responsibly and safely at all times and confirm that my bicycle and equipment are in proper working condition.
• I will wear a helmet at all times during the event.

3. Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability

• I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and release the organizers, sponsors, officials, volunteers, UCI, and all affiliated parties from liability for injury, illness, loss, or death, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

4. Medical Consent

• I confirm that I am physically fit and medically able to participate safely in this event and its races.
• I consent to receive medical treatment in the event of illness or injury during the event.
• I agree that event staff have the authority to remove me from the event if signs of potential health risks are observed.

5. Rules of Participation

• By registering, I accept participation at my own risk and waive any claims against the organizer, sponsors, partners, and their agents for damage, injury, or death resulting from participation.
• I confirm that I am sufficiently trained and prepared to complete the course(s) without jeopardizing my health.
• I agree to the recording and broadcasting of the event and grant the organizer full and irrevocable rights to use my name, image, and likeness in any media, without compensation, worldwide and in perpetuity.
• I accept that my personal data will be stored and used by the organizer, sponsors, and third-party providers for purposes including marketing, analytics, service development, and other legitimate business needs. I release the organizer and its partners from liability regarding the handling of my personal data.

6. Photography and Media

• I grant permission for my participation to be photographed and recorded for event-related promotion and communication.
