The first-ever UCI Gran Fondo race in China takes place in the breathtaking setting of Hangzhou’s Qiandao Lake, offering riders an unforgettable 136-kilometer journey through one of the country’s most scenic cycling landscapes. Known for its pristine air, crystal-clear waters, and forested hills, Qiandao Lake sets the stage for a world-class endurance challenge.
The course features a mix of smooth, rolling terrain and fast flat sections, winding through lush countryside, lakeside roads, and quiet villages. With well-paved roads and full event support, riders can expect a professionally managed experience that meets international standards.
This inaugural UCI Gran Fondo not only tests physical endurance and strategy but also celebrates cycling culture in China’s rising scene.
