1. General Policy
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the official event email: info@ucigranfondochina.com
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
- A non-refundable USD 15 service fee applies to all refund transactions.
2. Refund Deadlines
- Before 1 August 2025 (23:59 local time):
- Eligible for a 100% refund of the registration fee, minus the USD 15 service fee.
- 1 August 2025 – 14 August 2025 (23:59 local time):
- Eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee, minus the USD 15 service fee.
- On or After 30 August 2025:
- No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
3. No Refund Situations
- No refunds for:
- No-shows on event day;
- Event cancellations or modifications due to force majeure (e.g., severe weather, government restrictions).
4. Transfer and Deferral
- Registrations are non-transferable to other participants.
- Deferrals to future events are not permitted unless officially announced by the organizers.
5. Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days of confirmation.
